Is Youtube no longer scaling 1680x1050 to 1152x720 and instead making it 1280x720? I still suspect this is a Youtube change, but haven't used OBS in months and just updated. Don't think I've changed anything since my last available stream footage, though I'm not sure. I still have my OBS set to 1680x1050 with no scaling, even tested with forced resolution and got the same result on Youtube (though I'm not completely sure if the setting switch took place on the stream).
Point being, the Youtube video stats have changed from 1152x720, which my old video is still at, to 1280x720 with my new video - And I no longer get a completely full screen of my Youtube video (my new one), but a slightly smaller rectangle along with this (while my old video scales completely to fullscreen). I guess there could be a chance that this could possibly be a Windows 10 build change or video driver change, but I'm still suspecting Youtube is no longer allowing new 16:10 videos to stay that way?
