Did this log contain 'rendering lag' only, or 'network frame drops' too?

Did a stream last night. it was OK about 80% of the time and at random would freeze.

It was
  • 720p
  • 3000kb/s
  • on an iMac 2011 with AMD Hardware Encoding but only 8GB RAM.
  • However I had tried it on 60fps not 30, Lancozos

Here's a point in the video you can see examples of the slight skipping (video only not audio)

It feels like I've almost got it there in terms of being consistently smooth and looking good but I need to figure out if this was a network issue or Graphics as I've been encouraged to learn this year OBS enabled Mac Hardware encoding.

Could you tell me by looking at this log what the skips were caused by so I can target it?

19:08:23.041: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 4895 (1.2%)
19:08:23.041: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 67379 (16.7%)

So primarily bandwidth, but there were limited GPU resources too.
