Question / Help Dialog boxes and palettes do not show

Hi,
Im hoping there is a simple fix here.

I noticed that the dialog boxes or flyout palettes do not show up in the recordings. I am attaching an image that shows the actual screen as well as the preview screen while recording.

you can try game capture but if that doesn't work monitor capture will capture everything.

Try not to mix and match scenes with monitor and game capture as they will cause issues with each other.
