I've been having an issue for the last few months now with losing frames and not keeping a consistent bitrate while streaming to youtube. I'm watching on OBS and it will go from 5000 kbps, to 2000, to 6800, to 1000, etc. Checking with my ISP and I'm consistently getting at least 10 Mbps upload and they say it's not on them. YouTube thinks there is something going on with the encoder. I'm Using X264, bitrate at 4800 kbps, CPU on veryfast ( I have a Ryzen 2700 eight core processor) keyframe set to 2.
I can't tell if this is something ISP related, Youtube related, or encoder side. I've had Comcast out several times and they can't spot anything else wrong on their front.
