Question / Help diagnosed the issue, need a fix now

so the issue for me not being able to stream after endless testing for 5 days almost, i get bandwith on all the ingest servers but get 0 quality? ive called the ISP considering they dont allow me to access my own router or modem and i told them to open the port of 1935 and they said its opened and running fine? not sure what else it would be but im sure its network stuff. no professional has been able to fix this issue, its mind boggling

To quote the man himself:
R1CH said:
Quality is an attempt at rating the connection quality based on the number of TCP re-transmissions and average delay between sends. Re-transmissions indicate bandwidth throttling, congestion or packet loss. This number will likely have some variation every time you run it due to network conditions, anything over 80 is probably stable enough for streaming.
You would not be able to measure the connection at all if RTMP was blocked.
It's just what it says - an attempt to measure the quality of the connection.

Since you're using a USB Ethernet card, maybe the card or the USB connection is at fault and not your internet connection? Can you try a different computer or perhaps wireless to rule that out?

What happens when you try streaming? Does it not work at all?

Well, if you have the same issue on your old PC your options are really limited.

Do you use any security software that would be the same on your old and current PC? Like antivirus or firewall. They could also mess with your connection. Try uninstalling anything like that and see if that helps.
