Question / Help diablo 2 not in dropdown window capture list

diablo 2 just doesn't show up in the dropdown list for window capture!

i have diablo 2 in windowed mode with the "-w" suffix but its just not there to select in OBS.

i'm trying to reinstall diablo 2 right now. i had the MultiRes mod and it may have messed with something that i can't see. i'll check back here once i finish reinstalling with the same problem or a solution..

Use the wrapper from http://www.svenswrapper.de/english/ and you should be able to use game capture on it, and also end up with a much better looking game.

i started using the wrapper. i can select it now, but there is no video/audio.
tried using the AutoHotkey thing i saw on some other site but that didn't work as well.

EDIT - i'll just stick with monitor capture in windowed mode. it's not ideal and have to fix it often but at least it works.
