Question / Help Devices aren't showing up.

I've been trying to stream with my Elgato Game Capture HD the past couple days and no matter what I do the device won't show up in my "Add Video Capture Device", sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.. so it can't possibly be a driver issue, any ideas?

Make sure you are using 32-bit OBS, and make sure no other programs are using the device.
