Device Remove/Reset! Rebuilding all assets...

Nvidia driver crashed, disable HAGS & try again. Driver is new so unless there's a conflict it shouldn't be an issue.

The quoted log message indicates a graphics driver crash, then Windows restarts the graphics subsystem. You observe a brief black screen for a few seconds. OBS will need a restart after that. It's either a driver issue or a hardware issue - revert overclocking, check overheating. May also be some incompatibility between motherboard and GPU, or defective power supply cables for the GPU, or insufficient/defective power supply in general.

That log is a freakin' mess.

Anyway you got some rendering lag, GPU is overloaded. I suspect SE is playing a part or it just could be those (3) monitors running @ 144/170HZ

I don't know too much about Stream Deck but the version your running looks old & it's no longer available for download.
StreamDeck> Plugin version 5.5.2.16

Edit, add: SD v6.5.1 is ready to go for OBS v30.1

Thanks for all your answers, i will check them all right now.
I disabled HAGS yesterday and an my todays stream, no crashes, no problems. but when i started my game, my facecam started to lagg. so i think i had to turn HAGS on again.

BTW, if you kicked SE to the curb, un-install/re-install OBS. SE changes core elements of OBS & I'm not sure where you're at with the updates above.

i changed all monitors to 144hz now, updated BIOS version to latest, updated graphics driver to latest and activated HAGS again. I will try it on my stream tomorrow. maybe it is a issue with 3 monitors on 170hz and 1 on 144hz. i bought a whole new pc 1 month ago cause my old one got the same issues with the browser sources. maybe its real problem with my monitors.

If you're into stuttering that'll work fine. Set them @ 120 or 60. No HAGS.

We haven't even looked at your settings in the Nvidia Control Panel yet.

Terrible, you're not applying any fixes. Crap in crap out. I'm wasting my time in this thread...

You still have your hardware issue:
1:43:53.002: Device Remove/Reset! Rebuilding all assets...
11:43:53.176: Failed to rebuild shared texture: 0x80070057

Fix your hardware, this error will not go away with any software configuration.
