FYI,
I streamed last night and everything sounded good to me, but I had no desktop audio captured during my live stream. I investigated this morning in my Audio settings and found that instead of the value in the image attached, I had "Device not connected or not available" instead. The only other option listed was to "disable" desktop audio.
If you encounter this then you might need to uninstall and reinstall the software you use to capture desktop audio. In my case, i use Blackhole through Homebrew so I simply entered the following commands in the shell:
% brew uninstall blackhole-2ch
% brew install blackhole-2ch
After these two commands, I was able to go into Settings/Audio and find "BlackHole 2ch" as an option again. Just thought I would pass that along to anyone else that might update their system to macOS 12.4 (21F79)
