Detailed x264 tuning help?

So while i was googling i found rc-lookahead settings.

Should i set it as rc-lookahead=80?

My only custom setting is threads=0

Im on slow
Profile main
And should i make tune as animation?

1080p signal is downscaled to 1664x936p
2700x PBO - offset

Yes this pc does slow no issues

Any other settings you recommend that increases the quality?

Where can i find more information on this? Should i make a custom buffer size? My cbr isn't very stable it goes higher often than not.

Okay settings that have worked :

Threads 0
Rc-lookahead 120
Trellis 2
Subme 5
Partitions all
Direct pred temporal
Ap mode 3


However B frames
Tune animation
And me=tesa have failed.

Slow x264

2700x 4ghz and r7
Gt 1030
