Question / Help Desktop Issue

I'm on a desktop trying to stream from my 360 I have my Roxio Game capture software open and I'm doing a window capture on it and it won't work I even tried monitor capture and still doesn't work it will show everything else except the preview from my game.

You might be able to game capture the roxio software, but you could also give the windows test of obs-mp a try, to my knowledge you should be able to add the roxio directly as a video capture device into obs-mp. No need to use the roxio software then.
