Desktop control of USB PTZ PRO 2 with presets (needed)

Is there an app/plugin that will control position (*with presets*), focus, zoom etc of PTZ Pro 2 (USB notIP) from the desktop.
I have tried several app but with no joy.
THe ones that do work don't have presets. :'(
Logitech - no presets
PTZOptics - presets don't work
Also tried a couple of different plugins, again with no success.

Ideally app should be dockable within OBS and not break the bank.

Eventually worked out that presets are stored on the camera and it is not possible to access these from the pc desktop on the USB model. Now considering networked PTZ ...
