Question / Help Desktop Audio Very Quiet in 64bit but not 32bit

Hey!

So, long story short: recently my 64bit OBS Studio is having trouble with desktop audio. It is very quiet and muffled no matter what I do. 32bit OBS on the other hand works just fine. Does anyone know how I might fix the desktop audio on 64bit?
All settings between the two seem the same but maybe I missed something?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling too with no success.
