Question / Help Desktop audio sound error?

I'm trying to stream on Twitch, but I keep getting an error that says "Cannot initialize desktop audio sound, more info in the log file." I have no idea what to do about this and I already looked it up but I didn't understand what people were saying to do, other than get a plugin called DirectShow Audio, which I did. Knowing me I have it configured wrong, or I have my sound on the computer configured wrong. I had it going for a bit then it stopped playing audio and started making an annoying sound on a loop until I closed OBS. It gave me a headache and I came here to type this up to ask for help. It even did it just a moment ago, and I wasn't streaming or recording, OBS was just open. I'm attaching the log file to this thread too, don't worry.

Bumping this, because I still have absolutely no clue what to do and some help would be greatly appreciated, though I'm seriously doubting that anyone even cares.

I am having the same issue on my computer. How did you get this fixed?

I fixed it on my own recently, at least, it's fixed for now since no one else helped. I had to make sure my headset was the default for both audio and microphone on my computer itself then set my headset as the audio and microphone in OBS as well.
