Desktop audio recording(not mic) quality is very bad

The sound quality is far from good

I thought it was my headphone causing it(Roccat khan aimo), but sound is still bad after I unpluged headphone from usb port.

Any help? My desktop recording audio sucks while using nvidia screen recording too...
