Desktop - Audio Recorded but Video Black - Included Log

Any chance someone could point me to where I messed up?
I have been recording a series or presentations for the group without issue, however todays recording seems to have captured only audio and no video - the recording file is also much smaller than usual without the video, which makes me think I must have recorded not a black screen but no video at all potentially? During the recording I could see the video on the OBS Studio preview and had that display capture set as the sole source.
