Hello! I'm streaming karaoke on Twitch from OBS, I turn on instrumental from youtube (an example), but my voice is completey out of sync with a song, I've tried to add delay to Desktop Audio, like 220ms in example, and I can make it sound good, but the worst issue is that every new day I have to change this numer in order to sync, so it's not stable, it's always has a random delay. Even If you synced everything before my stream, after few hours when I decide to do karaoke, It goes out of sync again. Please help me... I've searched the whole internet for help and nothing helps....

This is normally caused by the audio device in use having timing issues that drift. The only permanent fix is to get an audio interface that sends proper timing. Until then, you have to set the offset up each time. It's annoying, but not something OBS can fix, sadly.

Hey, having the same problem. Did you find a fix for this using your focusrite?
I'm facing exactly the same issue. Difference being even in a recording, it is out of sync. Did anyone manage to solve the problem & how?
