Question / Help Desktop Audio Offset

I want my Skype calls to match up with my Elgato gameplay, is there anyway I can offset my desktop audio along with my mic audio so the conversation is properly matched together with my gameplay?

What I did was use VAC (virtual audio cable) and combined Skype sounds to my mic that way only Skype was playing and not all of my desktop sound. Another option is to get the direct show audio plugin from the plugin section of the forums. The plugin allows you to set an audio device as a source for your scene and you can set an offset there.
