Question / Help Desktop audio not working

Ive been trying to get my ingame sounds to work and my music to work for my stream however the desktop audio is not picking up. I decide to redownload OBS and then it worked however when i closed it then reopened it, it didn't work. I can speak still its just desktop audio that isn't working.

Please help i really want desktop audio :) Thanks

I don't know what your experience level is, but have you gone to Settings > Audio > Desktop Audio Device and made sure it's on the appropriate option?

Also, click on the speaker icon above "Start Streaming" to make sure it's red and not grayed out.
