Desktop Audio not working when Recording/Replay Buffering

I can sometimes get it to work by restarting OBS multiple times and/or messing around with the devices, but for the most part it will not record my Desktop Audio at all. I looked at the log and it said "Max Audio Buffering" and it describes that the devices affected is in fact Desktop Audio, and that by restarting OBS it will reset the buffering and it may cause it to work again, but I am not sure how to fix it even though it confirms the problem. For more information, I can only set my Microphone and Headset to 24 bit, which was different from my last setup with an older audio interface that only did 16 bit. I am wondering if that might be a cause of the problem, but I am not sure.

Attached below is my speaker config, I've changed the frequency multiple times and it does not seem to fix the problem either. I also attached the log from OBS. Thank you to anyone who can help me fix this problem.

As a little edit, I did a little more digging and for now it seems that disabling Device Timestamps for Desktop Audio stops the "Max Audio Buffering" for the device error. I know I'm not very bright, but if anyone else has this issue it may help to look at your Audio Mixer tab, click the cog wheel next to Desktop Audio, then select Properties, and finally uncheck "Use Device Timestamps". I attached a picture of the setting.
