Question / Help Desktop Audio not Working Properly

The problem is when I stream the only audio Open Broadcaster is picking up is my mic and my web browser audio. I use an Asus Xonar DG sound card so the auto log analyzer told me to disable GX, which I did and it didn't change anything. Since I can hear audio through my web browser it makes me conclude that my audio settings are correct, but I can't hear anything else through the stream.

*Update: I can hear Windows sounds, Teamspeak, and Windows Media Player through the stream but not Spotify or Counter Strike GO. I don't understand why OBS is selectively choosing programs

*Update: After disabling all other audio sources in windows, the game audio now works. Still no spotify though.
