Question / Help Desktop Audio not working, but mic is fine pls help

https://gist.github.com/04881c62df9799ae45e1fd7525ed1f12 This is my latest log from streaming, and I don't know any further steps to take from here. I have the properties set correctly and my desktop audio is set to max in obs and in the volume mixer as well.

Go to settings->Audio and explicitly set your desktop audio device.

If that doesn't work, then go to the Realtek website and install the latest drivers from there and try again.

Also performance tip: Don't have display and game capture sources in the same scene.

still doesn't work. the log shows that i have an obs_module_load not found

I have tried reinstalling as well
