Question / Help DESKTOP AUDIO not syncing with WEBCAM

Hi everyone, from Portugal!
This is my first thread here in OBS and would like to say what an amazing software this is.

So I'm in a bit of trouble here. I've decided, with all this quarantine business going on, to start doing some streams on Youtube and Facebook.

The thing is, I can't seem to find the solution for the problem I have.

My laptop is a little bit old (almost 10 years) It runs only with the Intel HD Graphics Card (the ATI Radeon stopped wroking a long time ago), but I'm able to record just fine with a DAW.

The problem that I'm having is, when I record a video with just the mic with no desktop audio, everything is in sync (mic and webcam), but as soon as I start a tune on Groove Music, the video that I recorded is out of sync (the webcam is in sync with the mic but not with the desktop audio).

It's so frustrating! I've been like 4 days trying to solve this but the outcome is always the same! I watched tons of videos on Youtube but none of them actually solved my problem :/

So, here's the setup that I'm using:

HP G62 (i5)
Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 (3rd Gen)
Reaper
Shure PGA 98H XLR
Boss ME-80
Elephone Elecam Explorer Elite Action Camera

If I understand the problem correctly you are interacting (sing/dance) on camera to the Groove Music?
you will need to add delay to the Groove Music audio capture.

That's exactly it!!
I think I've already did that, on the Advanced settings. But it still does the same thing.
Maybe it's because I have everything going to the same track?
Like, I'm enabling my mic through a DAW (Reaper) but I'm using the playbacks through Groove Music, and when recording them through OBS, they're on the same track.
But it''s weird, because when I record, nothing is lagging or delayed. Everything is perfect! It's just when I watch the video that I recorded that everything looks desynced...
