Desktop Audio not going through OBS?

It started with my Wireless PS5 headphones I used for months with no issue. Then even though I could hear the audio, it stopped going through OBS. Tried tweaking the audio settings, and nothing. Then I thought, no problem, I'll just switch to my wired headphones (realtek HD Audio 2nd Output on my PC) and I had no issues for months, then boom it happened again. No desktop audio, even though I can hear it. Went through the same troubleshooting. Reinstalled OBS as well. No luck. When I plug into my wave 3 mic? no problem. It works again. But with this trend, i fear it's gonna keep happening. Thoughts?
