Question / Help Desktop Audio Not Broadcasting

When trying to stream, I could hear the game audio just fine, and obs was seemingly picking it up, but viewers could only hear my mic audio. I've checked all of my audio settings and can't seem to find a reason why this would be the case. Recordings of the stream also have no game audio. Any help would be appreciated.

I had a similar issue.
I went to Audio settings. My Primary Audio device was set to the Device name, I switched to Default and it worked.
Now my problem is one program when recording, the game audio is louder than it should be and has an echo not heard in game, happens when recording with both Speakers and Headset so it cannot be the mic picking things up.
Try changing the Primary Audio Device either to Default or if set to that, the Device name then try recording and video and play it back to check.

I believe I tried this and it worked momentarily until I restarted the stream, but I will give it another shot, thank you.
