Log file is below. I ensured that "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" is unchecked. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the realtek driver directly from my MB's support page. Coincidently, I also generally use an AT2020 USB mic as my main input and output. When I switch windows output to that, OBS picks it up. If anyone has any solutions, please let me know.
