Desktop Audio (Music/Game Capture) Not playing on stream

I have been suffering a habitual issue of Desktop Audio failing to transmit through stream (twitch), despite ensuring all the correct devices are selected and making sure nothing is muted, etc (ran though all the usual online trouble-shoots). I have tried adjusting things (selecting/unselecting, returning things to default then putting it back to the actual intended device), but nothing has helped. Everything works beautifully on my end (all functions are completely, clearly audible), but my audience can only hear my mic input.

Editing to add: I tried going so far as to uninstalling OBS and uninstalling my Realtek speakers (my desktop audio source), but no changes. Audio capture is minimal (it sounds far-away) and is very staticky/crackling with every beat of the music, and only when I really turn up the audio output level on my music player (not the desktop volume, rather the app volume I'm using - Soundtrack by Twitch)
