Question / Help DESKTOP AUDIO & MIC AUDIO NOT SYNCED

I'm recording some educational videos, and I noticed on playback that my desktop audio and my mic audio are not synced. I even went back and tested it by singing to see how noticeable the lag was... and it's pretty noticeable. How do I get my mic and desktop audio to sync up.

In OBS studio there is a gear icon which will open the audio mixer.
In the audio mixer you can add delay to your desktop audio or your mic audio (depending, which is faster) to compensate for sync problems.
For example: I always have to add ~200ms delay to my mic, as the webcam picture is lagging behind and so the mic audio would not be lip synced.
