Desktop audio keeps echoing plz help

So i been stream testing on twitch and im up too date on OBS but when i stream i notice there is a desktop audio echo heres the vid https://www.twitch.tv/videos/713030061

Don't watch your stream on the same system you're streaming from.

Like don't watch OBS stream? or twitch stream cause I have them both on my other moniter 2 for each side OBS on the left and twitch stream on the right

As in don't watch the twitch side at all on the computer, regardless of which display you have it on.

Oooh ok but how will i see my twitch chat?

Using the chat dock you would have gotten had you connected your account in settings - stream instead of entering your stream key.
