Question / Help Desktop audio isn't picked up

I've been trying to fix this for a day now. The audio from my games/desktop isn't being picked up by Studio. I've made sure that the hardware it should be getting the input from is correct and I've restarted and re-downloaded multiple times.

don't worry I found the issue, I had muted the software so it didn't pick up any sound.
