Desktop Audio Feeding Back

Hi, my desktop audio has started playing back from OBS to my main output which then feeds back into OBS and of course loops round and round and round infinity! lol
It only happens when I click "Start Streaming" and stops as soon as I stop the stream.
Monitoring is OFF and always has been, this is happening on two different PC's and I think it started after the most recent update, any ideas welcome.

How quick is the feedback occurring? Instant (under half a second) or with a few seconds' delay? One of the most common causes of this is watching your stream from the machine you're streaming from; leaving a browser tab open to your stream page or dashboard will play the audio back usually on a short delay. This can also happen with some Custom Dock setups.

A few seconds.
I forgot to say there's nothing else open on the PC, literally just OBS and a media player playing music... it's like it's coming from OBS which makes no sense at all?!
No custom docks, everything in OBS is default.

Did you manage to solve this? I'm currently having this very same issue, but only when I go live on kick.com
