Sure, but for me or anyone else to assist, we need you to start by following pinned post in the forum regarding posting your OBS log (link to post/article in my .sig) when asking about an OBS Studio issue
The OBS log provides only limited info. Be sure to post the specifics of what audio you are trying to capture (apps running in Operating System, vs microphone or external sound source connected to computer). If external audio source, be sure to cover details on exactly how connected, and make sure you check Operating System permissions regarding your audio sources and OBS (OS and driver updates can change this unexpectedly.. .thanks..for nothing.. microsoft.. grumble)
And hopefully you, but be sure to research if you don't, the OBS Advanced Audio setting difference between Output and Monitor
