Desktop audio delay

Will be there be a feature where you can delay not only your mic, but the desktop audio as well? I want to livestream console games and be in a skype call with my friend. Elgato have 2s delay so my friend on skype is desynched. What im must do to fix it? My mic must be 2s delayed too.

Right now OBS' main audio subsystem is built around the timing of the desktop audio so changing its timing isn't exactly a trivial thing right now, though I will eventually implement it.
