Desktop Audio Delay?

Will be there be a feature where you can delay not only your mic, but the desktop audio as well? I want to livestream console games and be in a skype call without it being behind.

You can delay all audio (sort of a "master" delay) in advanced.

I just want to delay the desktop audio, not my mic or the elgato sound.

Desktop-specific audio delay hasn't been put in yet due to a design flaw -- however it will be possible in future versions after I fix the audio subsystem

In the latest release I'm currently using 100ms Global Audio Sync Offset, with 10ms Use Buffering (Milliseconds) in the Logitech C920 video capture device. This seems to line up what I'm hearing in Windows with my mic output, with my video and audio also visually appearing in sync.
