Question / Help Desktop Audio Capture not working. iMac Pro Boot Camp in Windows 10

Microphone input works fine. Desktop input gets nothing. Anyone see anything meaningful in here? Almost surely some driver issue but wondering if anything can be deciphered from this.

Strangely, if I fiddle with the OBS audio settings (Desktop Audio Device), it seems to affect the rest of the system audio. I was listening to Music in iTunes, and changing this audio device (in OBS) killed the audio output. I had to restart iTunes to get it to work again.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same problem. Also - do you have a problem with sound when playing games on Bootcamp on the iMac Pro in general ? I have this issue that the sound sort of "degrades" over time and becomes all crackly and fuzzy. If I plug in external speakers that problem is not present
