Desktop audio and USB audio stopped working

I installed Logi+ Options (have since uninstalled) and gave it accessibility access, and suddenly my desktop audio and USB 3.0 audio no longer works, but my mic does.

I have tried uninstalling OBS and reinstalled, but the settings, scenes and everything else was still there after reinstalling OBS.

I also tried switching the properties to a different audio source and then tried switching it back again, and I even checked the multi output device. But this is happening to both USB audio and Blackhole desktop audio as well, so I know it's not any of the OBS settings.

I even tried switching the USB ports. I tried the accessibility settings in security and privacy nothing works. My mic audio is the only audio that OBS will pick up anymore.

I don't know what to do to get my game audio thru USB and desktop audio for playlist music to be picked up by OBS anymore. Please, help?

Will give log files or whatever you need to help fix this if you need them so I know how to fix this if it ever happens again, just ask me for the logs.

I fixed this on my own by installing GroundControl Caster for Mac.

I did not grant access to the mic at first, and it wouldn't play my desktop audio. If for some reason you cannot get audio routed at first like me, close GroundControl Caster, go to Mac Settings > Security & Privacy > Mic > and select "Caster" to grant GroundControl Caster access, and then reopen the program and it should instantly work upon reopening it. Make sure "Caster" is selected as Mac's Sound settings if the Caster program does not automatically do it for you.

My Mic is still routed through OBS, and desktop audio does not use the USB Mic I have. I didn't want GCC recording my mic, and that was why I was afraid to grant mic access at first.

Select "Caster Stream Mix 1" in the selected OBS Audio Input Source properties. I just used the same one that I was using for Blackhole and only changed the properties of the input source to make it easy.

If you have to uninstall OBS completely, make sure you !!!!backup your scenes!!!!
OBS > Scene Collections > Export
