Question / Help Desklink Mini Recorder got black screen (input via HDMI from another PC)

I just bought 2 Desklink Mini Recorder to recorder 2 PC Monitors (for playing game, casters) to PC Streaming. But i dont know how to setup these to work.

Check device manage, both of cards appear:
- Blackmagic DeskLink WDM Streaming
- Blackmagic DeskLink WDM Streaming
- Blackmagic Driver
- Blackmagic Driver

After install Desktop Video 10.1.1, i open OBS (Xslipt also), but when i input Desklink Video Capture 1 & Desklink Video Capture 2, i got black screen.

I tried to open Media Express, Choose Device, got black screen also.

Please help me! Should i install another driver or software, or must to config FPS/Resolution of PC?

- GTX 460
