Bug Report Delayed Stream feature on Twitch Partner

OBS doesn't work with it. XSplit does. But its a server-side delay feature.
OBS doesnt NOT trigger stream to start.
What can be the problem?

No good logging on this concern available. But still I post the log just for instance.

Yeah, this is a known problem that Jim is unsure of. OBS will have it's own delay feature in the next update I believe though
