Question / Help Delayed second background audio track?

Hey everyone, Im very new to all this but I'm using PlayStation PS4 Remote Play on a PC to stream to Twitch with my PC running OBS. I'm using a Snowball mic and Logitech webcam. Everything is working OK except I'm getting a slightly delayed, quiet double soundtrack behind my main audio. It's like its picing up audio from my stream on Twitch some how. Ive muted the sound output on my PC while monitoring Twicth from a web browser and I have a PS Eye camera picing up my audio to chat to friends? Everything seems OK and set correct but I just dont know where this second audio track is coming from in the background? Any ideas? You can see my latest stream here for an example:
