Question / Help Delay PC audio?

When I stream Xbox One gameplay, I want the skype call from my PC to be able to go through as well. But I have a delay on my webcam and voice audio to match the gameplay which leaves the audio from my PC (Skype) behind.

Is there any way I can delay the audio coming from my PC while recording Xbox gameplay?
