Question / Help Delay in the Video?

Hey,

I have a delay in the video function. Means if I move my hand (even in the preview) it took like 1,5 seconds till my hand move on the screen. If I make a video and say something, the movement of my mouth is also 15 seconds delayed.

I tried severel different settings but no chance at all :(

Could anybody give me a hint why this is happen and maybee also a solution for it?

I would be verrrrrrry grateful :)
