Question / Help delay in recording, sync offset useless...

I am recording a game window (Windows 10/64) as desktop, plus mic audio and desktop audio.
The mic is in sync but the game audio is well behind by about a second. I tried every possible combination of sync offset but could only make it worse with positive or negative values.
Otherwise I love this app! So easy to set up and use.
Please advise.

UPDATE: Updated to new version this morning 25.0.0 and issue has almost resolved. sync adjustment of -999m/s to desktop source has aligned sound with recorded images. Mic was always in sync and still is at zero m/s.
Still a glitch when entering values in Sync offset screen manually, when putting in large values over -666 m/s cannot enter more than 2 digits so put in -666 and then changed first digit only to 966, then can use up arrow to increment to -999 which is how much delay I was getting before.
I did the same thing several times before updating and it didn't work.
so a partial solution!
Great news as this is an awesome little App!

Thanks for posting your findings and glad you got it sorted. I've had issues with sync, tried all combinations + & - values, and it did nothing. I was even able to enter up to 1000ms. In this case I'm running lapel mics into a mixer, then through a camera and into an Atem Mini via HDMI, so a delay is expected really. Weirdly when I plug a mic directly into the camera and then the ATEM mini, with an offset (can't remember figure) it works a treat..
I know for a fact in my edit software it offsets the audio 15 frames, but just can't adjust the sync to any effect using the mixer setup. Very frustrating still.

I am taking back my report.. after it was okay this morning, this evening it has gone back to where it was regardless of the sync offset setting. Something is not right there.

Would be great if we could get a proper answer as it is pretty fundamental to using the software!

Interesting you say that, I still don't have a fix either. Again I tried with different offsets. I seemed to find one that appeared to work, at least while testing the recording.
When it came to the live show though, the sync seemed to drift in and out of sync. Haven't fully analysed, but seemed to be ok at the start, and certainly off later on, but comes and goes. No matter what I do I just can't seem to get the audio to matchup with the picture which is incredibly frustrating, and I'm quickly running out of ideas of what to try except using different software to OBS.
