Delay in Headset Audio

Hello all! I hope you're all doing well. Thanks in advance for any help you can give with this particular issue.

So today I did my first stream with OBS and my PS5. I was able to get everything working and at first things seemed great. However, as I moved to a more dialogue-heavy cut scene, I noticed there was a delay in my audio. Just enough to be noticeable.

For context, I'm using a blue yeti microphone with a headset plugged into the blue yeti itself (not my streaming computer). I noticed if I went into OBS and changed the settings for the capture in Audio Output Mode to "Capture Audio Only." the issue fixed itself. However, I couldn't hear the audio myself anymore (it was still playing on stream just fine).

I tried both Direct Sound & Wave Out but the same delay happened with my headset (and I saw the delay on stream). I tried adding some sync offset to my yeti microphone in OBS but it didn't seem to change the delay I was having with listening to the audio through my headset. I admit, I'm super new to all of this and my youtube searches didn't find much.

So my ultimate question is, what's going on and how can I fix it? Should I be doing something glaringly obvious (like for instance have my headset plugged into my computer not my Microphone?)

Thanks again for any help you can give!
