Question / Help Delay in broadcasting

Dear all,
Thank you for creating OBS for public usage. it works great except currently, we've experienced some delay issue.

Based on our testing, the delays is 25 seconds in average. The sound quality is great even if I lower the bitrate and set to mono.

How can we reduce the delay of the broadcasting? if I say a word from the source, it will take 25 seconds to broadcast that to the user-end.

Kindly advise. We are using UStream.tv and tried testing from Asia and US for broadcasting.

That is pretty normal for an HLS CDN like UStream. There is nothing you can do to reduce it, unless you use a service that relays raw RTMP instead of HLS.
