Question / Help Delay during a live stream

I am currently gearing up to stream a new sports talk show through our website. We will be taking live calls during the stream, and I was wondering if there is a way to have a delay during the stream in case somebody swears or something when they call in. As we have advertisers that would not go over very well. We are using a mixer and a phone box to allow the call ins. Any suggestions?

You can add a delay in OBS (like 30 seconds) and kill the stream but I have no idea how to do something like this "gracefully" whichout interupting the stream. You probably need some sort of live broadcasting software used for TV shows

The platform we use allows to add in sound bytes, music, etc. With the delay, maybe I could overlay a bleep on the audio where they swear or say something not allowed on air?

The problem is the delay is created with a buffer in OBS. So you would have to send the beep instantly while the caller swears for example. Or OBS would already have it in its Buffer.
I think H4ndy is right, for this kind of stuff a professional setup is probably needed.
