I wonder can i7-7700 CPU handle the medium preset with 900p 60fps, or even 1080p 60 fps, 6000 bitrate.

Thank you for your answer. I stream FPS games, right now mostly PUBG. Does it mean that CPU will be under the "high pressure", because of high motion scenes?
