Capture card. Original HD60 elgato brand new.
I want to be able to do 720p 60fps but when I do at veryfast and bicubic filter it drops fps in OBS and with like 25% cpu usage so idk if it glitching or just bad CPU.
Anything helps :) and if it might help you to know I was able to do a rtmp nginx stream with fast preset, bicubic filter 720p 60fps for 3 straight hours ( I watched like 1.5 hours of it and it was perfect) but after that I started to get bugs with nginx and artifacting plus lagging.
