Question / Help Dedicated streaming PC build, is this good enough?

So i think most important parts of the build are CPU, RAM, and GPU.

CPU is going to be i5 6600k @ 3.50Ghz
RAM is 2x 4gb
GPU Rx480 or none.

are these parts good enough for a dedicated streaming build? gonna run it on a 120gb ssd too.
