Question / Help Dedicated streaming PC - 7700k enough?

I've upgraded my main gaming to a 8700k and therefor I got a 7700k in spare which I would like to build a new dedicated streaming PC.

Can the 7700k handle 1080p/60 fps?

Yes. Can probably do Fast preset, which is pretty good.
