Decklink Output options limited to 525/720 after updating to OBS 27.1.3

Windows 10/BMD Desktop Video 12.1/OBS 27.1.3 - Output through BMD Mini Monitor at 1080 previously worked with OBS 27.0. Now this option is unavailable. Output from BMD Media Express is working normally. Any ideas anyone before I roll back to 27.0?
 
I rolled back to 27.0 and the 1080 and all other options have reappeared and are working so something is amiss with 27.1.3 and decklink output.
